The Opening dates for the Indian Film Festival 2010, Sydney is 12th March. The festival kicks off in Melbourne 10th March before travelling to Perth 25th March and Auckland 15th April.

Melbourne will also see Bollywood Hindi films makers –

Rajkumar Hirani (director of the highest grossing Hindi film of all time 3 Idiots),

Imtiaz Ali, the director of Jab We Met & Love Aaj Kal.

Sohail Khan, actor/producer/director , star of Main aur Mrs Khanna which was filmed in Melbourne
